Caleb and Milo salsa

The Wynns make salsa with Caleb and Milo

If you know us, then you know we love salsa! Today we’re invited to join Chef Chris Maher and his wife Valerie on a production day at Caleb and Milo.

Caleb and Milo is an all natural salsa and spread company produced in Taos, New Mexico.

Located on the sustainable focused Blackstone Ranch, we get a sneak peek into the making of Caleb and Milo’s famous red salsa. Get your chips ready and let’s dive in!

Famous for my "how-not-to" videos, and typically the man behind the camera, sometimes I’m forced to be here in the “spotlight”. When you see my face you’re probably reading something more technical than adventurous, but either way I do my best to tell it like it is and infuse my opinions into the commentary…after all this is a blog and not MSN.

Oh my gosh, this is so awesome! I really enjoyed your video. I’ve lived in New Mexico my whole life and have never tried this salsa. Definitely going to pick it up on my next visit to the grocery shop. Thanks!

    • Hey Valerie it’s our pleasure! Supporting small local companies who do their part to provide us with yummy natural products is our passion. I will tell you we’re craving the black bean dip and the hot salsa! We can’t wait till you go nationwide so we can enjoy them wherever the road takes us.
