Most people would advise spending more than just one day in Lake Tahoe California but alas, we are not most people.
You see, we were camping at Thousand Trails Snowflower and Lake Tahoe was only 45 minutes away. This should seem like nothing to people who live in a house on wheels but to us, that is an hour and a half sitting in a car that could be spent outside. So we quickly made the decision to only drive into North Lake Tahoe once during our 5 day stint in the area. I know some of you are already thinking we’re crazy…hang in there, we do have our reasons.

Meet Tal Gur, an online entrepreneur and motivational guru. We first came to know Tal when he reached out to us for a feature on his website Below Zero to Hero. At first glance I thought "I'm not a Zero, and I definitely wouldn't consider myself below zero" but after a quick look over the site I realized this motivational site was the perfect platform to share our story of leaving "everyday life" to satisfy our wear-out-your-shoes sense of adventure. We've been virtual friends ever since!
To say that Tal is a passionate person would be an understatement. He always seems to have a smile on his face and is eager to help others achieve their goals and dreams in life. He is a big what goes around comes around kinda guy and has even managed to turn helping others into a business. Meet Bumfuzzle! As one of my all time favorite blogs I couldn't wait to share their story with you. Pat and Ali sailed around the world, then raced across America, then drove from Alaska to Argentina, then drove all over Europe, finally had two kids in Mexico, moved onto another sailboat and for now are sailing around Mexico.
Pat is the breadwinner, dad, anti sailor, writer, stock market guru and hesitant boat mechanic. Ali is the mom and takes care of all of the pink jobs. Ouest and Lowe are just kids for now....really, really cute kids.
