Expressbake Breadmaker

$99.00

Nothing beats fresh baked bread and a breakmaker makes it all ridiculously easy.  In less than 5 minutes I can toss in a few ingredients, set it and walk away. A bread machine works great and will turn anyone into a rock star baker.

We don’t use propane for cooking.  We have plenty of renewable power thanks to our Solar & Lithium set up.  So, we use electric gadgets for cooking.  That said, this little bread maker is incredibly energy efficient.  Especially compared to using a propane oven.

Don’t waste the cash or counter space on the bulkier machines with all the extra buttons, settings and gizmos.  This simple machines are reliable and still has plenty of options and settings.  Pizza dough, dough only settings for cinnamon rolls and buns…the list goes on.

Plus, as full time travelers we don’t carry much in the way of thank you gifts. When someone invites us over for dinner or helps us out in some way, we like to say thanks with a fresh warm loaf of bread!

You don’t need any machine, just a pot with a lid that can go in the oven.
I make No-Knead bread all the time.
    1/2 tsp instant quick-rising yeast
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3 cups flour (I use 2 1/2 white, 1/2 multigrain)
mix all together, then pour in 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water.
Mix into a ball and cover with damp cloth (I make 5pm and bake 9 am, in a cold climate – will rise faster in warm climate).
Just scrap out mix into a greased pot, cover and bake 375 for 30 minutes, take off lid and 25 minutes more in oven (or until crust is desired crustiness).
    Voila!!

Hi Guys, this link to Amazon doesn’t work anymore. Can you update it so I can buy through you?
    Thanks,

Shoot, looks like Oster may be updating this model or discontinuing it. There is 1 left at Amazon. If you follow the link from the gear store it will tell you the page isn’t found. But if you do a search for Jarden Oster Expressbake Breadmaker the one remaining until should pop up. If you buy it then (without closing the window and coming back to shop later) Nikki and Jason will still get the credit for the link.

We’ll see about getting the link updated with an alternate of Nikki’s choice. Thanks for letting us know!
