jason and nikki wynn, having a good day sailing a neel 47 trimaran

FINALLY! WE GET THIS TRIMARAN SAILING

We’re in the final days of our first boat delivery and so far, it has been quite the rollercoaster of a journey.  Not at all what we expected but perhaps more interesting.  Because we’ve learned a lot through the trial and error of figuring out a new boat, new systems, and new problems.

But…this is the day things finally start coming together.

There have been days of joy, frustration, excitement, uncertainty, and in the end, a little satisfaction.  Friendships were forged, memories were made, and experience was gained.  All in all, a successful mission and one we’re glad we took on.

And more importantly, one we’re glad Katy and Craig were willing to let us take on.  Because had they not been willing to hand over their floating home, we wouldn’t have met them or been able to have such an experience with all the other Patrons they allowed us to bring along.  Plus, we had the honor of sailing with Yoshimi.  The coolest boat dog on the seven seas.  So, thank you, Katy and Craig!

🙏 WE COULDN’T MAKE THESE VIDS WITHOUT YOU!

Thank you for watching!  Ups, downs, and all around, we share it all. If you like what you see, there are lots of ways you can show your support.

Hello there! I honestly don’t know what to say, so I am going to tell you a bunch of random facts instead. I'm a fish eating vegetarian who hates spiders and loves snakes. I almost never took vacations growing up. I wanted to be Pippi Longstocking (still do). I misspell about every other word I write and still struggle with grammar. I love splurging on a good high tea (which is really hard to find these days). And whatever you do, don’t tell me I can’t do something, because then I'll HAVE to do it!

Love the camaraderie, very similar to our Airstream community which makes our adventures even more enjoyable! Yoshi is adorable but curious, do dawgs ever get seasick?

Just like people, some dogs & cats are more susceptible than others. Some never take to boating & others love it.

Another enjoyable video! Once we got off the RV road, we thought we’d stop following you two. That was January 2019. And here we are, faithful followers. Never a dull week!
Would you provide the link the other couple who boarded in this video. You flashed it….

There are 2 couples in this vid & I’m not sure which you mean? They also refer to Katy & Craig (their links are in the blog post). Try pausing the vid while it’s up on screen?

    Cool deal.
So many on board I lost track.
At 13:40 the water looks sooo green?
I don’t think I would be a very good paddle boarder. I would be concerned about what is swimming around underneath me like Nikki used to be! I am frightened of Monsters of the Deep, even in daylight. I have not been able to challenge and overcome that fear yet. I probably wouldn’t be a very good sailor if I cannot paddleboard.
Yosh is definitely a party dog.

Enjoyable video as always. Amusing it took a former “Rocket Scientist” to properly rig the main sail? (Joking) greatand as always once you see it rigged correctly is is easy to see and of course that’s how it goes.

I was concerned your channel would become less interesting during the hiatus waiting for the H/H to be delivered.

Not the case at all. Great job keeping it interesting and well produced.

PS: Wish I had you guys “honk the horn” as you sailed/motored probably only a few miles out from my Daytona Beach Shores condo. Next pass by, stop in for a sundowner!!
