Hello there! I honestly don’t know what to say, so I am going to tell you a bunch of random facts instead. I'm a fish eating vegetarian who hates spiders and loves snakes. I almost never took vacations growing up. I wanted to be Pippi Longstocking (still do). I misspell about every other word I write and still struggle with grammar. I love splurging on a good high tea (which is really hard to find these days). And whatever you do, don’t tell me I can’t do something, because then I'll HAVE to do it!

This is what I love about Tybee Island! The hidden restaurants and cafes that they have are just so amazing! I usually find them on blogs like this and sites like https://visittybee.com/restaurants which really makes it so easy for me to find a good place to dine at when I am there!

Nice post , Nikki! My husband and I have to Tybee 4 years in a row & going back next month. Love that the island has a low-key vibe, lots of public beach access and plenty of great inexpensive restaurants. Sharing https://visittybee.com/restaurants for some amazing tybee restaurants – there’s just so much more to try!

Strangest place I ever had a meal was in the middle of a jeep trail at 7000feet in central Colorado. Pasta, wine and wind blowing thru the pines for ambience.

  • I had the pleasure to be in Savannah, GA and Hilton Head, SC this past March. During my stay I went to the Sundae Cafe and had a wonderful early dinner. I’m glad to see that you all found Tybee Island and enjoyed your stay. Too bad you all don’t seem to be golfers because you’re in an area with outstanding golf.

    • Hey John, we are golfers, it’s just an expensive sport to play on the road. Glad you liked the Sundae Cafe as much as we did!
