A Floating Commune for Sailors?

We kept hearing rumors about this mysterious sailing community in the Bahamas. A marina and full service yacht community that borders on utopian. A place where they have supposedly solved almost every pain point of boat ownership. It all sounded a little... too perfect.

But we just kept hearing about the new Xquisite Catamaran Base from seemingly everyone. So we packed our curiosity, our cameras, and set off to the Bahamas to see if it was the real deal—or just hype.

We sailed the boats, spent time at "the base" and talked to actual owners to get the real scoop.

What we discovered, let's just say, it's the closest thing to a sailing commune that we've ever seen. It's all still a bit unbelievable.
